Membership Program – Terms, Auto Renewal Conditions & Consents

By enrolling in the Forest Park Chamber of Commerce (the “Chamber”) Auto Renewal Membership Program, you (“the Member”) are confirming that you have carefully read, understand, and agree to the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”):

I. Authorization: You authorize the Chamber to charge your membership dues in the amount consistent with your current membership level, i.e. (Entry Level $225; Business Level $500; Top Supporter $1,000) to your authorized credit, debit, or bank card.

The Chamber will charge the full amount of your dues to your card on file once every year on January 30th (the “Renewal Date”). 

Your membership will renew automatically unless you withdraw from the program (Please refer to section IV below, “Cancellation”). We will provide notice via your email provided below of the renewal no less than thirty days prior to January 30theach year and no more than 60 days prior to the renewal date of January 30th.  You must notify the Chamber of your desire to cancel your membership prior to the renewal date.  If you notify the Chamber after the Renewal Date, but within 30 days after the Renewal Date, your membership will be cancelled and your annual fee refunded. 

II. Payment Terms: The Chamber accepts credit and debit card payments by VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. If paying by a credit card that belongs to your institution, you agree that you are an authorized user of said credit card. In the event that you become no longer authorized to use the card, you are responsible for updating and replacing the credit card information on file through your online renewal process or by contacting the Chamber at

The Chamber will notify you by e-mail or phone if your card on file is declined or we are unable to charge it for other reasons. You will be responsible for updating your payment information within fifteen (15) business days of notification to continue your participation in the automatic membership renewal program. If unpaid dues are not rectified within sixty (60) days of the Renewal Date, the Chamber may terminate your membership.

III. Notifications: The Chamber will send e-mail notifications about upcoming charges for your Renewal Date to your e-mail address on file with us.  This notification will be sent not less than thirty (30) days prior to the Renewal Date and not greater than sixty (60) days prior to the Renewal Date.  If applicable, you will also be notified of any rate changes at the same time. 

IV. Cancellation: You can withdraw your member enrollment in the automatic membership renewal program at any time by any of the following methods:

A.  Log in to your member profile and check the box labeled “Cancel my Membership”.

B. Contact us in writing, by phone, or by email informing us that you would like to withdraw from the Auto Renewal Membership Program.
