The parade kicks off at 1 pm from Madison and Van Buren and travels east on Madison to Elgin. Grab your friends and join us!
The siren-free zone is from kick-off at Van Buren and Madison to Desplaines and Madison where emergency vehicles will travel without sirens or horns until they cross Desplaines.
